Shipping Policy
At Myrrh and Olive, we handcraft our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality for your skin. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your "royal treatment" for delivery.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping within the United States and its territories only.
Third-Party Shipping Delays
Myrrh and Olive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Once your package leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is in the hands of the shipping provider.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to delays caused by the transit company.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Damages During Transit
While we take great care in packaging our handcrafted soaps, we understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at myrrhandolive@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can assist you with a claim.
