Refund & Return Policy

At Myrrh and Olive, we take pride in the handcrafted quality and purity of our natural soaps. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, and in accordance with U.S. health and safety regulations, we maintain a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy.

All Sales Are Final

To ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched, and safe product, we do not accept returns. Once a package has left our facility, it is considered Final Sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these personal care goods cannot be returned or resold.

Allergy & Skin Reaction Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, including Myrrh and Olive oils. However, everyone’s skin is unique.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to read the ingredient list provided on the product packaging or website before purchase.

  • Patch Test: We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.

  • No Liability: Myrrh and Olive shall not be held responsible or liable for any individual adverse reactions, allergic reactions, or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at myrrhandolive@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.

U.S. State Specific Regulations

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.

  • Texas & Common Law: In accordance with standard health and safety exceptions for "Personal Care Products," the right to return is restricted to protect public health.

  • California (CCRA): While California has specific consumer return laws, exceptions are strictly granted for "consumable" and "personal hygiene" goods that cannot be returned to stock for health reasons.
